Why pay for this when the tool can teach me itself?
It can answer any question you already know to ask. What it can't do is tell you which questions matter in your job, which of its answers are wrong, or how to turn a good reply into something that runs every week without you. That gap is the whole reason people still work the old way after months of using it.
Why not just hire an agency to build it for me?
You can, and for a big system that is sometimes the right call. The difference is what you are left holding. An agency hands you something you did not build and cannot change, so the next request goes back to them. Here you end up as the person who can change it, which is worth more the second and third time something needs adjusting.
What about confidential data and POPIA?
We work with what you are allowed to use. If a process touches client data, personal information or anything covered by POPIA or GDPR, we build it with redaction and human review in the loop rather than pretending the risk is not there. Part of the first session is working out which parts of a job should never leave your own systems.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Sessions need no code and nothing installed. If you can use a browser and describe your own job, that's the requirement. Larger custom builds can involve real configuration, but that work is done for you and scoped up front.
Which tools do you teach?
All the main ones: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. The method carries across them, so we work with whatever you already have access to, while keeping in mind what your company does and doesn't permit.
Can you train a whole team?
Yes. Group sessions run the same way as one-to-one, built around the team's own examples rather than generic demos, so everyone leaves having built something on their own screen. Team engagements are scoped and quoted to the job, since size, format and how many sessions all move the number. Send the details and you'll get a scope and a quote before anything begins.
Where do sessions happen?
Online by default, on a video call with screens shared, which works anywhere in the world. In person is possible for teams and for anyone within reach of KwaZulu-Natal, including Durban, Ballito and the North Coast.
Can my employer be invoiced?
Yes. Invoices are issued on request and most people expense these as professional development. Ask on the call and it'll be ready before the first session.
I'm past beginner. Is this still useful?
Usually more useful. Intermediate users tend to have the tools and no system, so the sessions move straight to structuring work rather than explaining what a prompt is.
